Corriedale wool has a clear even crimp and is smooth and easy to spin or felt. Our Corriedale wools are from New Zealand sheep. The sheep are well cared for and are not mulesed.
Spin a fine to medium woollen, worsted or semi-worsted yarn. Corriedale will bulk after washing and has good elasticity. It is ideal for baby wear, woven, knitted or crocheted garments.
27-30 micron, with a staple length of approximately 11cm.

A note on the colour: the current batch is lighter than the colour in the photograph. It is lighter than batches the fibre of the same name that we have had in stock over the past year or so. It is within a natural variatino.
